For those that attended Sunday’s Community Meeting–we thank you. We hope we provided insight into the process, project, and strategies we have to defeat the Esperanza Hills project. And, many thanks to the Christiansen’s for hosting the event.
Well, it should come as no surprise that the Subdivision Committee recommended for approval the proposed modification to the Esperanza Hills project this afternoon.
This amendment means that ALL 340 houses from Esperanza Hills will dump onto Stonehaven unless we stand up and fight.
That’s right… the entire project empties onto Stonehaven. The battle cry now is “Save Stonehaven.” Right now, you have two choices: sit back and let it happen or fight like mad to stop it.
The Leadership Team has chosen to fight—we always will choose to fight, but we are stronger and more effective when we work together.
And, without your immediate financial support we will stop the effort, because we can’t pay our legal bills with passion and energy. We need your donations to do it.
Make a tax deductible donation right now.
The developer continues to throw curve balls that are costing our legal team more time (and therefore our money) to combat. Without a solid foundation in the bank, we will be done before we know it.
Let us put it this way: every penny counts. If you want to fight this project, then fight it. Don’t sit back and wait for others to do the heavy lifting. The time is right now.
We are in this together. It is our community, our homes, and our families that will feel the significant impacts of this terrible project—no one else.
Nobody said it would be easy. But you’ve had a dedicated group of 10 Yorba Linda residents working tirelessly to stop this. Honestly, we don’t need your thanks—we need your money to make sure we are successful.
Go big or go home. Donate now. And tell your neighbors about this project. Spread the word.
We are counting on your donations to fund this, just like you are counting on our expertise and strategy, and our legal counsel to fight it.
We need you now more than ever.
